About the Position

  • You’ll help run the day-to-day details of the studio in a part-time remote capacity.

  • Embody the Broche Ballet mission to inspire, motivate, and connect with prospective customers who are considering starting ballet or joining the Broche Ballet family.

  • Help with accounting and scheduling by entering tuition payments into quickbooks and scheduling dancers for their classes after tuition payment is received.

  • Help with sales process by answering phone calls, answering site inquiries for prospective customers, and managing CRM and follow-ups with prospective customers.

  • Help manage makeups and missed classes.

  • Help manage teacher substitute schedules.

  • You'll be a W2 part-time employee at an hourly rate for your time spent accomplishing tasks.

  • Responsive and professional in written and verbal communication

  • Have taken ballet lessons at Broche Ballet is a plus

  4. Finally, if we are a good fit on skills and availability, we'll sign an employment contract, coordinate a training schedule, and get to work.
